Удосконалення складу м’якої лікарської форми з антоціановими біокомплексами

Abstract

В даній роботі проведено експериментальні дослідження з удосконаленням крему м’якої лікарської форми з антоціановими біокомплексами. Узагальнено асортимент антимікробних консервантів, їх характеристику та властивості. Вивчено стабільність крему з антоціановими біокомплексами бузини та смородини чорної при зберіганні. Результати досліджень довели стабільність структури крему та відсутність ознак хімічних реакцій. Проведеними дослідженнями обґрунтовано введення до складу крему додаткового антимікробного консерванту - Euxyl PE 9010. Робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновку. Загальний обсяг роботи 69 сторінок, кількість таблиць 13, рисунків 7, джерел літератури 39, додатків 1.

In this paper, experimental studies were conducted to improve the cream of soft dosage form with anthocyanin biocomplexes. The assortment of antimicrobial preservatives, their characteristics and properties is summarized. The storage stability of the cream with anthocyanin biocomplexes of elderberry and blackcurrant was studied. The research results proved the stability of the cream structure and the absence of signs of chemical reactions. The conducted research substantiates the introduction of an additional antimicrobial preservative - Euxyl PE 9010 into the composition of the cream. The work consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The total volume of work is 69 pages, the number of tables 13, figures 7, literature sources 39, appendices 1.
