Abstract

It is substantiated that in the conditions of the reform of the domestic system, the active development of market relations in the industry, the growing deficit of state funding, the increase in the cost of medical services, the decrease in the availability of medical care and the action of other factors, the need to reform the management and economic foundations of the activities of health care institutions and introduction of methods and tools of economic management in their activities. The proposed mechanism of economic management of health care facilities, which is based on the use of system, process, adaptive, program-target, project approaches to management. Based on the conducted expert survey, a system of key indicators was formed to assess the effectiveness of management decisions.
