Abstract: It is substantiated that in the conditions of reforming the health care system and the transition of medical institutions to new business conditions, the issue of forming an effective corporate culture becomes especially relevant. It was determined that the role of corporate culture is traditionally underestimated in the majority of domestic health care institutions, which negatively affects their activities and leads to the emergence of a number of challenges and conflicts. It has been proven that there is a practical need for an in-depth study of the peculiarities of the formation of corporate culture in health care facilities, improvement of methods of its diagnosis and search for opportunities to intensify the impact on the development of medical institutions. The definition of the essence of the corporate culture of health care facilities is presented, existing approaches to its formation are considered, practical recommendations for managing corporate culture in a medical institution are developed: models for diagnosing the state of corporate culture and managing its development are proposed.
