Розробка складу та технології гелю для терапії демодекозу

Abstract

Запропоновано склад, технологію та методи контролю якості м’якої лікарської форми у вигляді гелю для терапії демодекозу, що володіє вираженою протигрибковою, протизапальною та ранозагоювальною діями. Проведено якісний аналіз біологічно активних речовин, які входять до складу розроблених зразків гелю. Розроблено блок–схему виробництва гелю для терапії демодекозу. Досліджено показники якості розробленого препарату у вигляді гелю. Робота викладена на 46 сторінках, включає 8 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 48 джерел літератури та 3 додатки.

The composition, technology and quality control methods of a soft dosage form in the form of a gel for the treatment of demodicosis, which has pronounced antifungal, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effects, are proposed. A qualitative analysis of biologically active substances, which are part of the developed gel samples, was carried out. A block diagram of the production of gel for the treatment of demodicosis has been developed. The quality indicators of the developed drug in the form of a gel were studied. The work is laid out on 46 pages, includes 8 tables, 8 figures, 48 literature sources and 3 appendices.
