| Abstract: | В статті представлено результати досліджень, присвячених визначенню рівня опору фармацевтичних фахівців стресовим факторам. Наведені основні складові стресу та його негативні наслідки. Представлені ключові етапи розвитку стресу та його типи в залежності від проявів стресових реакцій. Визначено показники стійкості до стресів фармацевтичних фахівців м. Харків. Запропоновано основні підходи щодо зменшення впливу факторів стресу на фармацевтичних фахівців. The article presents the results of research devoted to determining the level of resistance of pharmaceutical specialists to stress factors. The main components of stress and its negative consequences are given. The key stages of the development of stress and its types depending on the manifestations of stress reactions are presented. Indicators of resistance to stress of pharmaceutical specialists in Kharkiv were determined. The main measures to reduce the impact of stress factors on specialists are proposed. |
