Вибір допоміжних речовин при розробці супозиторіїв вагінальних

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота містить 60 сторінки, 8 таблиць, 15 рисунків, список джерел літератури з 33 найменувань. Метою роботи є обґрунтування складу лікарського засобу у вигляді вагінальних супозиторіїв для лікування вагініту. Розглянувши соціальноекономічне значення, етіологію і патогенез захворювання, як АФІ обрані екстракти чистотілу та материнки. На підставі проведення комплексу фізикохімічних та технологічних досліджень визначено допоміжні речовини, що входять до складу вагінальних супозиторіїв та встановлено їх раціональний вміст.

The qualification work contains 60 pages, 8 tables, 15 figures, a list of literature sources from 33 items. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the composition of the medicinal product in the form of vaginal suppositories for the treatment of vaginitis. Having considered the socio-economic background, etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, celandine and motherwort extracts were selected as APIs. On the basis of a complex of physic-chemical and technological studies, auxiliary substances included in the composition of vaginal suppositories were determined and their rational content was established.
