Розроблення складу супозиторіїв для лікування вагінального кандидозу

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу джерел літератури щодо сучасного стану захворюваності на вагінальний кандидоз, а також методи його фармакотерапії. Наведено результати маркетингового аналізу щодо наявності на фармацевтичному ринку України супозиторіїв. Наведено експериментальні дослідження та результати з розроблення складу песаріїв для лікування вагінального кандидозу, а також викладено технологічний процес їх отримання. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 54 с., складається зі вступу, 3 розділів, загальних висновків, списку використаних джерел, 12 табл., 5 рис.

The master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of literature sources regarding the current state of vaginal candidiasis incidence, as well as methods of its pharmacotherapy. The results of a marketing analysis regarding the availability of suppositories on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine are given. Experimental researches and results on the elaboration of the composition of pessaries for the treatment of vaginal candidiasis are given, as well as the technological process of their production is described. The qualification work is laid out on 54 pages, consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, general conclusions, a list of used sources from 33 sources, 12 tables, 5 figures.
