Обґрунтування складу та розробка технології крему з цинку піритіоном

Abstract

На підставі результатів дослідження властивостей обґрунтовано склад емульсійної основи, яка містить олію соняшникову, емульгатор Монтанов 202, гліцерин, натрію бензоат і воду очищену. В якості АФІ до складу дерматологічного засобу теоретично обґрунтовано введення цинку піритіонату, кетоконазолу і ментолу. Складено технологічну схему виробництва емульсійного крему, визначено критичні стадії й параметри, які підлягають контролю. За результатами дослідження показано, що розроблений крем відповідає вимогам чинної нормативної документації, встановлено термін і умови зберігання. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 46 сторінках і складається зі вступу, огляду літератури, 2-х розділів досліджень, висновків, списку літературних джерел та 2 додатків. Робота ілюстрована 7 таблицями і 7 рисунками. Список літератури містить 51 джерело.

The composition of the emulsion base, which contains sunflower oil, Montanov 202 emulsifier, glycerin, sodium benzoate, and purified water, was substantiated based on the results of the properties study. The introduction of zinc pyrithionate, ketoconazole and menthol is theoretically justified as an API in the composition of the dermatological product. A technological scheme for the production of emulsion cream was drawn up, critical stages and parameters that should be controlled were determined. According to the results of the research, it is shown that the developed cream meets the requirements of the current regulatory documentation, the terms and conditions of storage have been established. The qualification work is laid out on 46 pages and consists of an introduction, a literature review, 2 sections of research, conclusions, a list of literary sources and 2 appendices. The work is illustrated with 7 tables and 7 figures. The bibliography contains 51 sources.
