Development of the composition of gastroretentive tablets with terminalia chebula fruit extract

Abstract

The results of pharmaco-technological studies on the creation of gastroretentive tablets with a Terminalia chebula fruit extract with an anti-ulcer effect were presented. The effect of different excipients on buoyancy of the gastroretentive floating tablets was investigated. The composition and technology of gastroretentive tablets with a Terminalia chebula fruit extract was justified. Tablets were evaluated for quality indicators such as resistance to crushing, friability, swelling, appearance. The work consists of several parts: total volume of work 46 pages, contains 7 tables, 4 figures, 31 literature sources.

Результати фармако-технологічних досліджень зі створення гастроретентивних таблеток з екстрактом плодів терміналії чебули противиразкової дії були представлені. Досліджено вплив різних допоміжних речовин на плавучість гастроретентивних таблеток. Обґрунтовано склад і технологію гастроретентивних таблеток з екстрактом плодів терміналії чебула. Таблетки оцінювали за такими показниками якості, як стійкість до роздавлювання, стирання, набухання, зовнішній вигляд. Робота складається з декількох частин: загальний обсяг роботи 46 сторінок, містить 7 таблиці, 4 рисунків, 31 джерел літератури.
