Стандартизація лікарського препарату седативної дії

Abstract

У роботі наведено методики контролю якості біологічно активних речовин сумарного сухого екстракту – складового капсул седативної дії. Підібрано умови ідентифікації речовин флавоноїдної та поліфенольної будови методом тонкошарової хроматографії. Кількісне визначення речовин флавоноїдної будови у капсулах рекомендовано проводити спектрофотометричним методом, який ґрунтується на реакції комплексоутворення з алюмінію хлоридом, ефірних олій – методом гравіметрії. Робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, загальних висновків та списку використаної літератури. Зміст роботи викладений на 49 сторінках машинописного тексту, що містить 7 таблиць, 8 рисунків та 2 діаграми.

The work describes methods of quality control of biologically active substances of the total dry extract, which is the component of sedative capsules. The conditions for the identification of substances of flavonoid and polyphenolic structure by the method of thin-layer chromatography have been selected. Quantitative determination of substances of flavonoid structure in capsules is recommended to be carried out by the spectrophotometric method, which is based on the reaction of complex formation with aluminum chloride, essential oils - by the gravimetric method. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and a list of references. The content of the work is presented on 49 pages of typewritten text containing 7 tables, 8 figures and 2 diagrams.
