Фармакогностичний аналіз сировини ортілії однобічної

Abstract

Вперше проведено ідентифікацію сировини та визначення кількісного вмісту основних груп БАР у підземній частині Orthilia secunda (L.) House. Встановлено технологічні параметри сировини. Результати можуть бути положені у основу проєкту методів контролю якості "Orthiliaе secundaе herba ". Складається зі вступу, огляду літератури, експериментальної частини, загальних висновків, переліку використаних літературних джерел, викладена на 43 сторінках, включає 17 таблиць,6 рисунків, 54 джерела літератури.

For the first time, raw material was identified and the quantitative content of the main BAS groups in underground part Orthilia secunda (L.) House was determined. Technological parameters of raw material are established. The results can be used as a basis for the project of quality control methods "Orthiliaе secundaе herba». It consists of an introduction, literature review, experimental part, general conclusions, list of used literature sources, set out on 43 pages, includes 17 tables, 6 figures, 54 sources of literature.
