Опрацювання складу крему з габапентином

Abstract

Теоретично обґрунтовано створення м'якого лікарського засобу з габапентином та лідокаїну гідрохлориду для лікування нейропатичного болю. За результатами дослідження органолептичних, фізико-хімічних та фармакотехнологічних властивостей розроблено склад основи крему, який містить олію соняшникову, емульгатори Емульфарма 1000 і цетилстеариловий спирт, гліцерин, натрію бензоат і воду очищену. Розроблено технологічну схему, визначено показники якості крему. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 48 сторінках і складається зі вступу, огляду літератури, 2-х розділів досліджень, висновків, списку літературних джерел та додатків. Робота ілюстрована 6 таблицями і 1 рисунком. Список літератури містить 47 джерела.

Creation of the soft dosage form with gabapentin and lidocaine hydrochloride for the treatment of neuropathic pain is theoretically justified. According to the research results of the organoleptic, physicochemical and pharmacotechnological properties, the base composition of the cream was developed, which contains sunflower oil, emulsifiers Emulfarma 1000 and cetylstearyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium benzoate and purified water. A technological scheme of the cream was developed, and its quality indicators were studied. It has been established that the developed medication meets the requirements of the current regulatory documentation. The qualification work is presented on 48 pages and consists of an introduction, a literature review, 2 sections of research, conclusions, a list of literary sources and appendices. The work is illustrated with 6 tables and 1 figure. The bibliography contains 47 sources.
