Виділення тіанептину з біологічних рідин

Abstract

Метою роботи є встановлення оптимальних умов виділення сучасного антидепресанта тіанептину з біологічних рідин (кров, сеча) з використанням рідинно-рідинної екстракції з наступною розробкою умов виявлення вказаного препарата в отриманих екстрактах за домогою хімічного методу, тонкошарової хроматографії, УФ-спектрофотометрії. Отримані результаьти мають практичний інтерес та можуть бути використані при проведенні судово- токсикологічних досліджень об’єктів біологічного походження на присутність тіанептину. Робота загальним об’ємом 54 сторінки, вона включає 3 розділи, висновки, 8 таблиць, 2 рисунки, 34 джерела літератури.

The aim of this work is to determine the optimal conditions for the isolation of the modern antidepressant Tianeptine from the biological fluids (blood, urine) using liquid-liquid extraction followed by development of the conditions for detection of the drug being studied in the obtained extracts using the chemical method, thin-layer chromatography, UV spectrophotometry. The results obtained are of practical interest and can be used in the forensic toxicological studies of the samples of biological origin for the presence of Tianeptine. The work has a total volume of 54 pages, it includes 3 sections, conclusions, 6 tables, 2 figures, 34 sources of literature.
