Удосконалення технології антибіотика цефотаксиму

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено удосконалення технології виробництва антибіотика цефотаксиму, який належить до цефалоспоринів третього покоління. Проведено аналіз біосинтезу цефалоспорину С із використанням нитчастого гриба Acremonium chrysogenum та подальшого хімічного синтезу цефотаксиму. Особливу увагу приділено розробці повного циклу виробництва та екологічним аспектам, таким як зменшення відходів у процесі ферментації та очищення продукту. Практичні рекомендації з оптимізації процесу спрямовані на підвищення ефективності виробництва при збереженні екологічної сталості.

The qualification work investigated the improvement of the production technology of the antibiotic cefotaxime, which belongs to the third generation cephalosporins. The analysis of the biosynthesis of cephalosporin C using the filamentous fungus Acremonium chrysogenum and the subsequent chemical synthesis of cefotaxime was carried out. Particular attention was paid to the development of a full production cycle and environmental aspects, such as reducing waste in the fermentation process and product purification. Practical recommendations for process optimization are aimed at increasing production efficiency while maintaining environmental sustainability.
