Фізична терапія при плоскостопості

Abstract

статті досліджено методи діагностики та фізичної терапії при плоскостопості. З метою дослідження стану стоп у дітей молодшого шкільного віку використано тести для візуального визначення мобільності стоп, визначення деформації при плоскостопості, проведено тестування фізичного розвитку , також опитування стосовно стану стопи. Структура алгоритму реабілітаційного втручання при плоскостопості у дітей молодшого шкільного віку відповідала структурі моделі МКФ-ПД. Встановлено, що програма двоетапного втручання виявилася більш ефективною, ніж стандартна програма для дітей молодшого шкільного віку при плоскостопості

The article investigates methods of diagnosis and physical therapy for flat feet. In order to study the state of the feet in children of primary school age, tests were used to visually determine the mobility of the feet, determine the deformation in flat feet, test the physical development, and also a survey on the state of the foot. The structure of the algorithm for rehabilitation intervention in flat feet in children of primary school age corresponded to the structure of the ICF model. It was found that the two-stage intervention program was more effective than the standard program for children of primary school age with flat feet.
