| Abstract: | Theoretical studies have confirmed the feasibility and relevance of developing drugs for internal use with improved solubility of active pharmaceutical ingredients. For our own research, we chose a lipid delivery system. During practical studies, we developed the composition and confirmed the effectiveness of the lipid delivery system for simvastatin. The work is presented on 40 pages, contains 5 tables, 8 figures, 2 formulas and 30 references. |
