Удосконалення організації праці менеджера на основі впровадження інструментів самоменеджменту

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних засад організації праці менеджера в сучасних умовах, а також обґрунтуванню можливостей її удосконалення шляхом впровадження інструментів самоменеджменту. Розглянуто сутність,завдання організації праці менеджера, поняття, принципи та сучасні інструменти самоменеджменту. Проаналізовано поточний стан організації праці менеджерів у мережі аптек «Подорожник», зокрема досліджено систему управління персоналом, розподіл обов’язків, використання часу, а також виявлено основні проблеми. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення, серед яких: впровадження систем тайм-менеджменту, цифрових платформ, системи самоконтролю та оцінки ефективності. Обсяг роботи складає 64 сторінки, представлено 11 рисунків, 19 таблиць та 5 додатків, наведено використані джерела літератури в обсязі 40 найменувань.

The work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical principles of the organization of the manager in modern conditions, as well as to substantiate the possibilities of its improvement by introducing self -management instruments. The essence, tasks of organization of work of the manager, concepts, principles and modern tools of self -management are considered. The current state of organization of work of managers in the network of pharmacies "Plantain" is analyzed, in particular the system of personnel management, the distribution of responsibilities, the use of time, and the main problems are identified. The directions of improvement are proposed, including: introduction of time management systems, digital platforms, self-control systems and efficiency assessment. The volume of the main part of the work is 64 pages, presented 11 figures, 19 tables and 5 annexes, presented sources of literature in the amount of 40 titles.
