Фітохімічне вивчення сочевиці звичайної сорту Луганчанка

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена фітохімічному дослідженню сочевиці звичайної сорту Луганчанка. Встановлено основні анатомічні діагностичні ознаки вегетативних органів сочевиці. Ідентифіковано і визначено вміст основних груп БАР: поліфенольних сполук, флавоноїдів,

органічних кислот, гідроксикоричних кислоти, сапонінів. Досліджено макро- та мікроелементний склад. Визначені числові показники якості досліджуваної

сировини. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 58 сторінках машинописного тексту, складається з анотації, вступу, 4 розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків, ілюстрована 10 таблицями та 31 рисунками. Список використаних джерел літератури містить 42 найменування.

The qualification work is devoted to the phytochemical study of common lentil of the Luhanchanka variety. The main anatomical diagnostic features of the vegetative organs of lentils have been established. The content of the main groups of BAS has been identified and determined: polyphenolic compounds, flavonoids, organic acids, hydroxycinnamic acids, saponins. The macro- and microelement composition has been studied. The numerical indicators of the quality of the studied raw materials have been determined. The qualification work is presented on 58 pages of typewritten text, consists of an annotation, introduction, 4 sections, conclusions, a list of used sources and appendices, illustrated with 10 tables and 31 figures. The list of used sources of literature contains 42 names.
