Abstract

Робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури, додатків. Мета, наукова новизна роботи полягають у дослідженні питань щодо побудови ефективної моделі управління закладом охорони здоровʼя. Перший розділ роботи присвячений теоретико- методологічним основам управління закладом охорони здоров’я. У другому розділі оцінено ефективність поточного управління закладом охорони здоров’я. У третьому розділі представлена інтегрована модель управління закладом охорони здоров’я та розрахунок її економічного ефекту. Кваліфікаційна робота містить 127 сторінки, 28 таблиць, 8 рисунків, список літератури з 87 найменувань, 5 додатків.

The work consists of an introduction, three sections, chapters, a list of references, and supplements. The purpose and scientific novelty of the study lie in examining issues related to the development of an effective management model for a healthcare institution. The first chapter of the study is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of healthcare institution management. The second chapter assesses the effectiveness of the current management of the healthcare institution. The third chapter presents an integrated management model for the healthcare institution and calculates its economic effect. Qualified work contains 127 pages, 28 tables, 8 figures, bibliography with 87 titles, 5 supplements.
