Побудова системи діагностики потенціалу соціально-економічного розвитку закладу охорони здоров’я

Abstract

Робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури, додатків. Мета, наукова новизна роботи полягає у застосуванні алгоритму таксономічного моделювання ПСЕР та розробці мережевої моделі розвитку закладу («База + Філія»). У першому розділі досліджено теоретичний базис та специфіку потенціалу соціально-економічного розвитку (ПСЕР) закладу охорони здоров'я (ЗОЗ) як багатоаспектної динамічної системи. У другому розділі проведено діагностику соціально-економічного потенціалу розвитку КНП «Обласна дитяча лікарня м. Слов’янськ» за період 2020 - 2024 рр. і визначені резерви удосконалення діяльності лікарні. У третьому розділі запропоновано напрями удосконалення системи діагностики ПСЕР досліджуваного ЗОЗ. Обґрунтовано стратегію адаптивної трансформації лікарні для забезпечення її сталого розвитку. Кваліфікаційна робота містить 113 сторінок, 17 таблиць, 13 рисунків, список літератури з 71 найменування, 4 додатки.

The paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The aim and scientific novelty of the study lie in the application of an algorithm for taxonomic modeling of the socio-economic development potential (SEDP) and in the development of a network model for the institution’s development (“Base + Branch”).

2 The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations and specific features of the socio-economic development potential (SEDP) of a healthcare institution (HCI) as a multidimensional dynamic system. The second chapter diagnoses the socio-economic development potential of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise “Regional Children’s Hospital of Sloviansk” for the period 2020 - 2024 and identifies reserves for improving the hospital’s performance. The third chapter proposes directions for improving the diagnostic system of the SEDP of the studied healthcare institution. A strategy of adaptive transformation of the hospital to ensure its sustainable development is substantiated. The qualification paper comprises 113 pages, 17 tables, 13 figures, a list of references including 71 sources, and 4 appendices.
