Особливості фармацевтичного забезпечення лікувально-профілактичних закладів у сучасних умовах

Abstract

Досліджено проблеми організаційно-економічних складових фармацевтичного забезпечення лікувально- профілактичних закладів (ЛПЗ) за умов його виконання за різними схемами. Проаналізовано пріоритети фармацев- тичного забезпечення ЛПЗ у сучасних умовах, зокрема, доцільність участі аптеки у його організації та здійсненні, та критерії переваг такої участі, необхідність наявності у штаті ЛПЗ спеціаліс тів із фармацевтичною освітою.

Исследованьї проблеми организационно-зкономических составляющих фармацевтического обеспечения лечебно- профилактических учреждений (ЛПУ) при условии его вьі- полнения по разньїм схемам. Проанализированьї приори- тетьі фармацевтического обеспечения ЛПУ в современньїх условиях, в частности, целесообразность участия аптеки в его организации и вьіполнении, а также критерии преиму- щества такого участия, необходимость наличия в штате ЛПУ специалистов с фармацевтичеким образованием.

The problems of economic-organizing components of medical establishments pharmaceutical provision have been investigated in the article, among them economic-organizing scheme of its realization, logistic, financial support and peopleware are important. The investigation of medical establishments pharmaceutical provision of Ukraine during 2008 – 2012 years has been carried out by method of medicine and pharmacy specialists questionnaire poll. The activities of medical establishments’ pharmacies, self-sustained hospital pharmacies and interhospital pharmacies concerning pharmaceutical provision have been studied under the carried out investigations. Failing of pharmacy – presence in medical establishment staff pharmacy specialists. The problematic aspects of its participation in pharmaceutical provision of medical establishments have been studied. Motivation of pharmacy participation in pharmaceutical provision of medical establishments of different level of subordination, ownerships and with different kinds of activities has been established under the investigations results. Conducted studies point out reasonability of separation of certain structure in medical establishment for realization of pharmaceutical provision, whereas availability of considerable range of medicines in the therapeutic process broadens the possibilities of diseases specificities, age and concomitant diseases of patient taking into account. It should be noted, that medicines demand appropriate storage conditions, time for its stocktaking, control of its rotation, timely processing of orders with information about falsifications and its extraction from rotation, quality control etc. The optimal variant for the realization of emphasized tasks can be pharmacy or pharmacy specialists activities.
