Abstract: Introduction. Interdisciplinary coordination is one of the key principles of organizing the modern educational process in higher education institutions. The Dictionary of the Ukrainian Language defines coordination as "agreement, bringing into correspondence, establishing interconnection…" Thus, interdisciplinary coordination involves establishing interconnections between academic disciplines. In the context of teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP), this principle is implemented through content-based and methodological links between the foreign language and professional disciplines. This not only increases students' motivation to learn the language but also develops their ability to use professional terminology in foreign-language communication.
