| Abstract: | Theoretical studies have confirmed the feasibility and relevance of developing an extemporaneous antiseptic liquid soap based on saponified vegetable oils and chlorhexidine digluconate. For the purposes of the present research, a liquid soap system possessing cleansing, antimicrobial, moisturizing, and dermatoprotective properties was selected. During the practical stage of the study, the composition and technology of an extemporaneous antiseptic liquid soap were developed. The selection of vegetable oils, the alkaline agent, the antiseptic active pharmaceutical ingredient, and auxiliary components was substantiated, and the expected pharmaco-technological and physicochemical characteristics of the developed formulation were determined. The work is presented on 45 pages, contains 4 tables, 7 formulas, 3 figures and 30 references. |
