Abstract: The work is devoted to the development of a method for determining the active substance in the composition of a dietary supplement. The developed method was used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of glutamine in the dietary supplement "L-glutamine". The study is carried out using methods of oxidative condensation, using amphoteric properties. For quantitative determination, the method for determining nitrogen after mineralization with sulfuric acid and the method of alkalimetry were chosen. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of used literature оf 34 titles. The content of the work is represented on 42 pages of typewritten text and contains 6 table.
