Розробка складу та технологiї супозиторiїв з екстрактом ромашки

Abstract

У роботі обґрунтовано склад і технологію супозиторіїв з екстрактом ромашки. Розроблено модельні зразки на різних супозиторних основах та проведено їх фармакотехнологічну оцінку. За результатами досліджень оптимальним обрано склад на основі вітепсолу. Запропоновано технологію виготовлення супозиторіїв методом виливання у готові ПВХ-контурні форми.

The thesis substantiates the composition and technology of suppositories with chamomile extract. Model samples based on different suppository bases were developed and evaluated using pharmacotechnological methods. According to the results, the composition based on witepsol was selected as optimal. The technology of suppository preparation by pouring the melted mass into ready-made pvc contour molds was proposed.
