Удосконалення системи внутрішніх комунікацій в аптечній мережі

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена обґрунтуванню напрямів удосконалення системи внутрішніх комунікацій аптечної мережі. У роботі описано теоретичні засади внутрішніх комунікацій, проведено аналіз системи внутрішніх комунікацій в аптечній мережі, запропоновано управлінські інструменти для вдосконалення внутрішніх комунікацій. Робота викладена на 50 сторінках друкованого тексту і складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел, додатків. Робота ілюстрована 3 рисунками і 10 таблицями, містить 37 джерел літератури.

The qualification thesis is devoted to substantiating the directions of improvement of the internal communications system of the pharmacy network. The work describes the theoretical principles of internal communications, analyzes the internal communications system in the pharmacy network, and proposes management tools for improving internal communications. The work is presented on 50 pages of printed text and consists of an introduction, three sections, general conclusions, and a list of references and appendices. The work is illustrated with 3 figures and 10 tables and contains 37 sources of scientific literature.
