Впровадження ESG-підходів у систему менеджменту організації

Abstract

Вероніка ЯКИМЕНКО на тему «Впровадження ESG-підходів у систему менеджменту організації». Мета дослідження: розробити теоретичні і практичні засади впровадження ESG- підходів у систему менеджменту організації як важливого інструменту забезпечення сталого розвитку управлінських процесів та зміцнення конкурентних позицій організації. Завдання: розкрити сутність, значення та принципи ESG-підходів у сучасному управлінні організацією; проаналізувати міжнародні стандарти та практики впровадження ESG-підходів у діяльність організацій; визначити екологічну та соціальну політику організації та основні напрями її реалізації; оцінити рівень інтеграції ESG-принципів у систему управління організацією, виявити її переваги та проблемні аспекти; обґрунтувати напрями інтеграції ESG- принципів у систему менеджменту організації з урахуванням сучасних вимог сталого розвитку.

Об’єктом дослідження є система менеджменту організації в частині інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку. Предметом дослідження є засади, принципи, методи та практичні механізми впровадження ESG-підходів як інструменту підвищення ефективності управління та забезпечення сталого розвитку організації. Структура кваліфікаційної роботи включає вступ, три розділи, загальні висновки та список використаних джерел. У роботі представлено 5 рисунків і 14 таблиць. Загальний обсяг дослідження становить 66 сторінок друкованого тексту та 3 сторінки займає перелік використаних джерел, що налічує 30 найменувань.

Veronika YaKYMENKO on the topic: «Implementation of ESG approaches in the organization’s management system» Purpose of the research: to develop theoretical and practical foundations for the implementation of ESG approaches in the organization’s management system as an important tool for ensuring the sustainable development of managerial processes and strengthening the competitive position of the organization. Objectives: to reveal the essence, significance and principles of ESG approaches in modern organizational management; to analyze international standards and practices of implementing ESG approaches in the activities of organizations; to determine the environmental and social policy of the organization and the main directions of its implementation; to assess the level of integration of ESG principles into the organization’s management system and identify its advantages and problematic aspects; to substantiate the directions for integrating ESG principles into the organization’s management system taking into account modern requirements of sustainable development. Object of the research is the organization’s management system in terms of integrating the principles of sustainable development. Subject of the research is the foundations, principles, methods and practical mechanisms for implementing ESG approaches as a tool for improving management efficiency and ensuring the sustainable development of the organization. The qualification paper consists of an introduction, three chapters, general conclusions, and a list of references. The paper contains 5 figures and 14 tables. The total volume of the research amounts to 66 pages of printed text, while the list of references covers 3 pages and includes 30 sources.
