| Abstract: | Вивчені фармакотехнологічні властивості субстанцій рослинного походження виробництва ТОВ ФК "Здоров'я" та фірми "IVAX". Розроблено склад і технологію таблеток "Силібор 35" з уточненням дозування субстанцій, стандартизованих за міжнародними вимогами по стандарту силібініну, із заміною цукрової оболонки на оболонку з плівкоутворюючих речовин. Досліджено вплив допоміжних речовин дезінтегрантів на технологічні показники якості таблеток. The pharmaco-technological properties of the substances of plant origin produced by the pharmaceutical company "Zdorov'je", Ltd. and IVAX firm have been studied. The composition and the formulation of "Silibor 35" tablets have been developed with the specification of dosing of the substances standardized by the international requirements for Silibinin standard and the change of the sugar coating to coating with the film- forming substances. The influence of the auxiliary substances of disintegrators on the technological indexes of tablets' quality has been investigated. |
