Фармакоекономічні аспекти медикаментозного лікування вікової макулярної дистрофії сітківки

Abstract

Розраховано вартість медикаментозного лікування вікової макулярної дистрофії сітківки (ВМД). Наведені результати фармакоекономічного аналізу альтернативних схем лікування ВМД : схем з традиційним підходом до лікування та схем з використанням лікарських засобів, що підвищують оптичну щільність пігментного епітелію сітківки. Досліджені можливі шляхи зниження вартості лікування ВМД. Розраховані зміни витрат при використанні вітчизняних лікарських препаратів замість препаратів закордонного виробництва. Показано низьку ефективність такого шляху зниження витрат на лікування. Вивчена економічна доцільність застосування лікарських засобів, що містять лютеїн з метою лікування та профілактики ВМД. Визначені переваги застосування БАД "Окювайт Лютеїн" пацієнтами з ВМД. Наведені рекомендації з раціонального застосування БАД "Окювайт Лютеїн". Показана доцільність проведення фармакоекономічного аналізу при оцінці альтернативних схем лікування захворювання.

The cost of a drug treatment of an age-related macular degeneration (ARMD) hasbeen calculated. The results of the pharmacoeconomic analysis of the alternative schemes of treatment of ARMD (schemes with the traditional approach to treatment and schemes using medications, which increase the optical density of the retina macular pigment) are presented. The possible ways of decreasing the expenses for treating ARMD have been investigated. Changes of costs while using domestic drugs instead of drugs of foreign origin have been calculated. A little efficiency of such way of decreasing the expenses for treating ARMD has been shown. The economic expediency of the drug application containing lutien with the purpose of the treatment and prophylaxis of ARMD has been studied. The advantages of using the biologically active additive "Ocuvite Lutein" by patients with ARMD have been determined. The recomendations on the rational use of the biologically active additive "Ocuvite Luteine" have been given. The expediency of carrying out thepharmacoeconomic analysis while estimating the alternative schemes of treating the disease has been shown.
