Дослідження впливу мазі "Мірамеф-Дарниця" на морфогенез ранового процесу в експерименті

Abstract

Наведені результати вивчення фармакологічної ефективності нової мазі "Мірамеф-Дарниця", призначеної для лікування ранового процесу та запальних уражень шкіри. Мазь розроблена вченими Національного фармацевтичного університету та містить мефенамову кислоту, мірамістин і декспантенол, що забезпечує її виражені протизапальні, антибактеріальні, антиоксидантні та репаративні властивості. В умовах експериментальних трафаретних ран у щурів на мікроструктурному рівні встановлений стимулювальний вплив нової мазі на процес репарації ураженої ділянки. Препарат виражено прискорює проліферативні процеси в рані, формування сполучної тканини та сприяє утворенню м'якого рубця. Це супроводжується стимулюванням регенерації епітелію, відновленням його функціональних характеристик. За виваженістю репаративної дії на мікроструктурному рівні мазь "Мірамеф-Дарниця" не поступається препарату порівняння — мазі метилурациловій. Одержані результати підтверджують виражені ранозагоювальні властивості нової комбінованої мазі "Мірамеф-Дарниця" та дозволяють рекомендувати її для місцевої терапії уражень, що супроводжуються порушенням цілісності шкірного покриву.

The results of the pharmacological effectiveness research of a new ointment — Miramef-Darnitsa indicated for the treatment of the wound process and inflammatory damages of the skin are given in the article. The ointment has been developed by the scientists of the National University of Pharmacy and it contains mefenamic acid, miramistin and dexpantenol as active components, which provide its marked anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant and reparative properties. The stimulating influence of the new ointment on the reparative process of the damaged site has been found out in the conditions of the experimental wounds in rats at the morphostructural level. The drug accelerates proliferative processes in the wound markedly, the formation of the connective tissue and promotes the formation of the soft scar. It is accompanied by the stimulation of epithelium regeneration, restoration of its functional characteristics. Miramef-Darnitsa is not inferior to the reference drug — methyluracilic ointment by the reparative action exposure at histostructural level. The results obtained testifies the marked wound-healing properties of a new combined ointment — Miramef-Darnitsa — and allow to recommend it for the local treatment of affections accompanied with the damaged integrity of the skin.
