| Abstract: | Проведено хроматографічний аналіз трави чистотілу великого з метою ідентифікації у лікарській рослинній сировині, екстракті та готовій м'якій лікарській формі таких груп БАР як алкалоїди. Була розглянута пробопідготовка, що дозволяє максимально вилучити алкалоїди з сировини, екстракту та м'якої лікарської форми. The analysis of Celandine herb has been carried out by themethod of chromatography with the purpose of identification of such groups of BAS as alkaloids in the medicinal plant raw material, the extract and the soft medicinal form. |
