Вплив глюкокортикоїдів на токсигенні властивості мікроорганізмів

Abstract

На основі теоретичного аналізу та експериментальних досліджень встановлена поряд з основними фармакологічними властивостями глюкокортикоїдів протизапальна, жарознижуюча та аналгетична активність, які одночасно поєднані зі здатністю до інактивуючої дії на екзо- та ендотоксини грампозитивних та грамнегативних піогенотвірних мікроорганізмів. Встановлена та обгрунтована залежність рівневого виявлення антимікробного потенціалу від вмісту у хімічній структурі глюкокортикоїдів галогенів та метильних угруповань, а його вираженість за переважністю механізмів бактерицидної та бактеріостатичної дії, спектрів та абсолютних рівнів антимікробної активності — від кратності вмісту вищезазначених компонентів у хімічному складі глюкокортикоїдів. Розшифровані механізми антитоксичної дії глюкокортикоїдів, що полягають у здатності препаратів на внутрішньоклітинному рівні гальмувати утворення ферментів патогенності, а на позаклітинному — утворювати незворотні комплекси з екзо- та ендотоксинами.

The simultaneous ability of glucocorticoids to reveal an inactivating action on the exo- and endotoxins of Gram-positive and Gram-negative pyogenic microorganisms has been found on the main of the theoretical analysis and the experimental proof, together with the basic pharmacological properties of glucocorticoids — anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic activity. Dependence of presence of the antimicrobial potential manifestation has been proven and stipulated on the composition of halogens and methyl groups in the glucocorticoids chemical structure and its degree of expressiveness due to the mechanisms of bactericidal and bacteriostatic activity, spectra and the absolute levels of the antimicrobial activity — from the multiple ability of the composition of the components mentioned in the chemical structure of glucocorticoids. The mechanisms of the antitoxic action of glucocorticoids, which are in the drugs ability to inhibit the formation of enzymes of pathogenicity at the endocellular level and to form irreversible complexes with exo- and endotoxines at the on extracellular level, have been deciphered.
