Історичні і сучасні аспекти епідеміологічної характеристики нозокоміальних інфекцій

Abstract

Огляд літератури присвячений одній із найактуальніших проблем сучасної медицини — нозокоміальним інфекціям. Наведено визначення поняття "нозокоміальні інфекції". Розглянуто критерії нозокоміальних інфекцій, питання епідеміології, походження. Відображено соціально-економічну проблему нозокоміальних інфекцій. Приділено увагу економічним втратам у зарубіжних країнах від розвитку нозокоміальних інфекцій на основі даних досліджень вартості лікування пацієнтів з нозокоміальними інфекціями. Наведено дані про структуру нозокоміальних інфекцій, їхні особливості у багатопрофільних стаціонарах і в особливих категорій пацієнтів. Вказані фактори, що спричиняють виникнення і поширення нозокоміальних інфекцій. Показано еволюцію основних збудників нозокоміальних інфекцій.

The offered review of the literature is devoted to one of the most actual problems of modern medicine — nosocomial infections. Definition of the concept “nosocomial infections” is given. The criteria of nosocomial infections, the questions of epidemiology and origin have been considered. The social and economic problem of nosocomial infections has been reflected. The attention is paid to economic losses in foreign countries due to development of nosocomial infections on the basis of the research of the cost of treating patients with nosocomial infections. The data about the structure of nosocomial infections, their features in versatile hospitals and in specific populations of patients are given. The factors promoting the occurrence and distribution of nosocomial of infections have been specified. The evolution of the basic pathogens of nosocomial infections has been shown.
