| Abstract: | The procedure of linearity, accuracy and precision
determination and acceptability estimation for validation
of UV-spectrophotometric methods of analytes
quantitative determination in biological fl uids used in
forensic and toxicological analysis has been offered in
the variant of the method of additions. Предложена процедура определения и оценки прием- лемости линейности, правильности и прецизионности для валидации УФ-спектрофотометрических методик количественного определения аналитов в биологичес- ких жидкостях, применяемых в судебно-токсикологи- ческом анализе, в варианте метода добавок. |
