Дослідження аналгетичного синергізму ненаркотичних аналгетиків та хондопротекторів на прикладі препарату "Терафлекс Адванс"

Abstract

Наведені результати експериментального вивчення аналгетичної активності препаратів "Терафлекс Адванс" та "Терафлекс" порівняно з компонентами, що входять до їх складу, окремо та урізних сполученнях. Дослідження було проведено на моделі оцтовокислих корчів у мишей. Результати експерименту свідчать про наявність вираженої аналгетичної дії у препарату "Терафлекс Адванс", який застосовується в дозі, що відповідає разовій середній терапевтичній для людини. За рівнем проявленої активності дослідний засіб не поступався ібупрофену в десятикратно більшій дозі, ніж у його складі. Це пояснюється потенціюючим впливом глюкозаміну та хондроїтину сульфату на аналгетичні властивості ібупрофену. На відміну від цього такі засоби як "Терафлекс", хондроїтину аналгетичного впливу практично не проявили, що пояснюється відсутністю у спектрі їх фармакодинаміки прямої знеболюючої дії.

The results of the experimental study of the analgesic activity of Teraflex Advance and Teraflex medicines comparing with the components that are included into their composition along and in different combinations have been presented. The research was carried out on the model of the acetic acid stimulated abdominal irritant test in mice. The results of the investigation demonstrate that Teraflex Advance medicine used in the dose equivalent to a single average therapeutic dose in humans has the marked analgesic action. The medicine studied is not iferior to ibuprofen by the level of the activity revealed in the dose, which was 10 times higher than in its composition. This fact may be explained by the potentiating influence of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate on the ibuprofen analgesic properties. Unlike this such medicines as Teraflex, chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine derivatives as monodrugs on the given experimental model have not practically revealed the analgesic effect and it is explained by the absence of a direct analgesic action in the spectrum of their pharmacodynamics.
