| Abstract: | Установлено,что єкстракет персика в дозе 5000 мг/кг не оказывает токсического действия. Его можно отнести к IV классу токсичности (LD50>5000 мг/кг).Согласно рекомендациям ГЭЦ МЗ Украины установление среднелетальной дозы экстракта в таком случае невозможно. According to conventional toxicological classification of substances in terms of harmlessness peach leaf extract is slightly toxic to rats that after a single intragastric introduction at a dose of 5000 mg / kg does not lead to the death of animals, does not affect their growth and the mass coefficients of internal organs. |
