| Abstract: | Розроблено схему спрямованого дослідження біологічного
матеріалу на каптоприл з детальним викладенням методик ізолювання каптоприлу, очищення витяжок із біологічного матеріалу від співекстрактивних речовин, виявлення та кількісного визначення препарату у біологічному матеріалі. The scheme of analysis of the biological material directed to captopril with a detailed description of captopril isolation methods, purification methods of extracts from the biological material from co-extractive substances, detection and quantitative determination of a medicine in the biological material has been developed. |
