| Abstract: | Запропоновано методику УФ-спектрофотометричного визначення кетотифену фумарату, що дає можливість визначити кетотифену фумарат у межах концентрацій від 2 мкг до 32 мкг у 1 мл розчину. Розроблено методику екстракційно-фотометричного визначення кетотифену фумарату з використанням кислотно-основного індикатора метилового оранжевого. Методика дозволяє визначити препарат при його вмісті у пробі від 10 мкг до 100 мкг. Відносна невизначеність методик
не перевищує ±2%. The method for ketotifen fumarate UV-spectrophotometric determination, which allows to determine ketotifen fumarate in the range of 2 mg to 32 mg in 1 ml of the solution has been suggested. The method of extraction-photometric determination of ketotifen fumarate using methyl orange acid basic indicator has been developed. The method allows to determine the drug in a sample with its content from 10 mg to 100 mg. The relative error of the methods does not exceed ±2%. |
