Дослідження гепатозахисної дії нового рослинного засобу “ШКТ-2"

Abstract

Наведені фармакологічні дослідження нового рослинного засобу "ШКТ-2". Доведено, що його фармакологічна активність визначається складом, наявністю рослинного збору та висівок пшеничних в одній лікарській формі. Вплив гранул "ШКТ-2" на показники ПОЛ-АОС та обмін речовин відбувається за рахунок БАР рослинного збору, у той час як дія на жировий обмін, процеси жовчоутворення та жовчовиділення посилюється впливом висівок пшеничних, що й обумовлює переваги перед препаратом порівняння силібором.

Taking into account the centuries-old experience of a wide application of medicinal plants in damages of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) it is reasonable to develop the new complex phytodrugs for treating the GIT. The objects of the research were granules "GIT-2", herbal tea (HT) and wheat offal (WO). The phannacological activity of biologically active substances of granules "GIT-2" is detennined by then- composition, presence of HT and WO in one medicinal fonn. The effect of granules "GIT-2" on the indices of lipid peroxidation, the antioxidant system and metabolism is realized by biologically active substances of HT, while the action on the adipose metabolism, processes of choleopoiesis and biliary excretion is intesified by the influence of WO and it is the advantage of GIT-2 over the reference medicine "Silibor".
