Спектрофотометричне та екстракційно-фотометричне визначення мапротиліну

Abstract

Розроблена методика екстракційно-фотометричного визначення мапротиліну через утворення іонного асоціату з кислотним барвником метиловим оранжевим. Методика дозволяє визначити препарат при його вмісті у пробі від 10 мкг до 135 мкг. Відносна похибка методу — 2,67%. Запропонований метод спектрофотометричного визначення мапротиліну, який дає можливість його визначення в діапазоні концентрацій від 20 мкг/мл до 200 мкг/мл. Відносна похибка методу — 1,16%.

The method of extraction-photometric determination of maprotiline via yielding ion associate with methyl orange acid stain has been developed. This method allows to determine from 10 mkg to 135 mkg of maprotiline in the sample. The relative error of the method is 2,67%. We have also elaborated the method of spectrophotometric determination of maprotiline which allows to find the preparation in a solution with its concentration from 20 mkg/ml to 200 mkg/ml. The relative error of this method is 1,16%.
