Формальный VEN-анализ и АВС-анализ назначений лекарственых препаратов больным с гипертонической болезнью

Abstract

VEN-analysis according to Standardized clinical protocol and National Form drugs of hypertension and comorbidities treatment showed, that group of essential drugs included just 67,6% of INNs or 46 INNs (75 TNs), and group of secondary drugs includes 32,4% of drugs or 22 INNs (26 TNs). ABC- analysis showed, that the cost in the group “A” made up 81,76% of the total cost for treating hypertension. The costs for drugs of group “B” made up 14,15%, and for drugs of least costly group “C”- only 3,1% of costs. In group “A”, “B” and “C” on vital and essential drugs (V category) was spent majority of the costs, but if reducing the prescriptions of secondary drugs, then it will be possible to optimize costs. In groups "A", "B" and "C" on drugs «V» of category were spend the majority of costs, for to optimization the costs on pharmacotherapy of patients with hypertension it is necessary to reduce the prescriptions of agents of the «N» category and increase the number of which prescriptions of drugs, were included in the normative documents
