Вивчення лiпофiльних речовин Populus Tremula

Abstract

В роботі представлені результати вивчення ліпідного складу кори та листя Populus tremula. Визначено кількісний вміст ліпофільних фракцій в рослинній сировині. Встановлена наявність хлорофілів, каротиноїдів і токоферолів за допомогою якісних реакцій і хроматографічних методів. Встановлено кількісний вміст токоферолів, хлорофілів і суми каротиноїдів у ліпофільних фракціях, а також у корі і листі Populus tremula. Визначено жирнокислотний склад кори та листя осики.

This work deals with the results of study of lipid content of Populus tremula bark and leaves. The quantitative content of lipophilic fractions in the vegetable raw materials has been determined. The presence of chlorophylls, carotenoids and tocopherols has been detected with the help of qualitative tests and chromatographic methods. We have established the quantitative content of tocopherols, chlorophylls and sum of carotenoids in lipophilic fractions, and also in Populus tremula bark and leaves. Fatty acid content of bark and leaves of aspen has been determined.
