Дослідження сучасних тенденцій на вітчизняному ринку праці спеціалістів фармації

Abstract

Мета: аналіз сучасних тенденцій на фармацевтичному ринку праці України та вивчення попи- ту на спеціалістів у сфері фармації. Матеріали та методи: для досягнення поставленої мети було використано методи логіко-зміс- товного формування проблеми, кабінетних маркетингових досліджень та контент-аналізу провід- них сайтів із працевлаштування (work.ua, rabota.ua, hh.ua, jobs.ua). Результати дослідження. У роботі проаналізовано сучасні тенденції на вітчизняному фармацев- тичному ринку праці. Досліджено структуру посад фахівців фармації відповідно до кадрових пропо- зицій роботодавців на провідних інтернет-ресурсах із працевлаштування. Розраховані HeadHunter- індекси відношення пропозицій до попиту на фармацевтичному ринку праці по обласних центрах України й за окремими вакантними позиціями. На основі отриманих результатів установлено по- сади працівників фармацевтичних і аптечних підприємств, в яких сьогодні існує потреба. Сформо- вано прогноз стосовно стану і структури ринку праці України на 2018-2019 рр. Складено рейтинг найбільш затребуваних і дефіцитних посад на фармацевтичному ринку праці. Виділено ключові фактори, що впливають на формування ринку праці у секторі фармації. Висновки. Затребуваність спеціалістів фармації на ринку праці України постійно зростає, що, зі свого боку, обумовлено активним розвитком національного фармацевтичного сектора. Для більшос- ті посад, представлених на ринку праці, існує незадоволений попит у роздрібному сегменті, у сфері фармацевтичних розробок і випробувань, а також виробництва, дистрибуції і промоції лікарських засобів. На сьогодні вітчизняний ринок праці є дуже перспективним і привабливим для фахівців у га- лузі фармації.

Aim. To analyze the current trends at the pharmaceutical labor market in Ukraine and study the demand for specialists in the field of pharmacy. Materials and methods. To achieve this aim the methods of logical-content formation of the problem, desk marketing research and the content analysis of the leading Internet sites for employment (work.ua, rabota.ua, hh.ua, jobs.ua) were used. Results. In the work modern trends at the domestic pharmaceutical labor market have been analyzed. The structure of the positions for pharmacy specialists has been studied in accordance with the personnel proposals of employers on the leading Internet resources for employment. The HeadHunter-indexes of the ratio of offers to demand at the pharmaceutical labor market have been calculated for the regional centers of Ukraine and for individual vacant positions. Based on the results obtained the positions of employees of pharmaceutical enterprises and pharmacies, in which there is a need today, have been determined. The trends and the structure of the labor market in Ukraine for 2018-2019 have been predicted. The rating of the most popular and scarce posts at the pharmaceutical labor market has been compiled. The key factors affecting the labor market formation in the pharmacy sector have been identified. Conclusions. The demand for pharmacy specialists at the labor market in Ukraine is constantly growing, and it, in turn, is due to the active development of the national pharmaceutical sector. For most of the posts at the labor market there is unmet demand in the retail segment, in pharmaceutical development and testing, and in production, distribution and promotion of medicines. Today, the domestic labor market is very promising and attractive for specialists in the field of pharmacy.
