| Abstract: | The study of steroid compounds in shiitake, reishi, and cordyceps mu-shrooms was carried out by the means of gas chromatography. The qualitative composition of steroids in the mushrooms studied was identical. The steroid compounds dominated quantitatively in the shiitake. |
