| Abstract: | The work is dedicated to the development of the drug in capsule form based on the dry extract of hop cones. The complex of theoretical and experimental studies on physico-chemical, pharmaco-technological and pharmacological properties of active pharmaceutical ingredients, the influence of excipients on technological parameters and indicators of the drug quality were conducted. Th e composition and technology of capsules «Vomicin» were developed. The methods of quality control, projects of QCM and technological requirements for the proposed drug were developed. |
