Технологічні дослідження виготовлення мазі з настойками в умовах аптек

Abstract

У даній кваліфікаційній роботі представлено результати експериментальних досліджень, щодо розробки складу та технології екстемпоральної мазі. На основі літературних даних та експериментальних досліджень встановлено оптимальний склад мазі та досліджено її фізико-технологічні показники. В якості діючих речовин обрано настойки конвалії та валеріани. Органолептичні та фізико-хімічні показники модельних зразків визначено за відповідними методиками ДФУ. В результаті проведених досліджень виявлено, що розроблена лікарська форма представляє собою однорідну в’язку масу білого кольору, зі специфічним запахом.

This qualification paper presents the results of experimental research on the development of the composition and technology of extemporaneous ointment. On the basis of literature data and experimental researches the optimum structure of ointment is established and its physical and technological indicators are investigated. Lily of the valley and valerian tinctures were chosen as active ingredients. Organoleptic and physicochemical parameters of model samples were determined according to the relevant methods of SPU. Studies have shown that the developed dosage form is a homogeneous viscous mass of white color, with a specific odor.
