Abstract:	The structural-mechanical properties have been studied of a new emulsion water-washable ointment base (WWOB) on triethanolaminobenthonite. The prepared on this base ointments with levomycetin and boric acid gave a positive result in 82% of patients treated for juvenile acne and various dermatitis. It has been found that the above medicinal agents are insignificantly effecting the structural-mechanical properties of ointments with WWOB.
