Development of the composition of capsules with black walnut hulls extract and dandelion root extract

Abstract

The results of pharmaco-technological studies on the creation of capsules with the antiparasitic activity are presented in the research. The composition of hard gelatinous capsules with Black Walnut hulls extract and Dandelion root extract have been substantiated. The influence of excipients on the quality indicators (appearance, average weight, disintegration, humidity of capsules content) of the obtained capsules was studied.

У роботі представлені результати фармако-технологічних досліджень щодо створення таблеток з протипаразитарною активністю. Обґрунтовано склад твердих желатинових капсул з екстрактом стулок чорного горіху і екстрактом коренів кульбаби. Вивчено вплив допоміжних речовин на показники якості отриманих капсул: зовнішній вигляд, середня маса, розпадаємість, вміст вологи в інкапсульованій масі.
