| Abstract: | The qualifying work contains 44 pages, 8 tables, 8 figures, a list of references from 39 titles. The task of the work was to study the effect of excipients on the quality characteristics of lozenges for the treatment of the upper respiratory tract with maclura extract. After analyzing the literature data regarding the etiology and pathogenesis of this pathology, maclura extract was chosen as the API. Lemon and ginger extracts have been added to improve the taste characteristics. On the basis of a complex of physicochemical and technological studies, excipients that are part of the lollipops were selected. |
