Вивчення можливої ембріотоксичної дії нового анаболічного препарату екстракту пирію

Abstract

Створення нових безпечних препаратів рослинного походження, зокрема анаболічної дії, є одним із важливих завдань сучасної фармації та медицини. Це обумовлено низькою токсичністю та практично повною відсутністю побічних ефектів у анаболічних засобів рослинного походження на відміну від стероїдних анаболічних препаратів. На базі ЦНДЛ НФаУ проведені доклінічні дослідження нового негормонального засобу анаболічної дії, одержаного з коренів та кореневищ пирію повзучого. Метою даної роботи стало вивчення можливого ембріотоксичного ефекту екстракту з коренів та кореневищ пирію. У статті представлені результати вивчення ембріолетальної, ембріотоксичної і тератогенної дії екстракту пирію. Встановлено, що екстракт пирію в умовно терапевтичній дозі 100 мг/кг не проявляє токсичного впливу на виучувані показники, тобто не проявляє ембріолетальної, ембріотоксичної і тератогенної дії.

Creation of new safe drugs of plant origin, namely with anabolic action, is one of the most important tasks of modern pharmacy and medicine. It is stipulated by low toxicity and practically complete absence of side effects in anabolic drugs of plant origin unlike the steroid anabolic drugs. The pre-clinical trials of a new non-steroid anabolic drug obtained from Agropyrum repens roots and rhizomes have been conducted on the basis of the Central Scientific Research Laboratory of the NPhaU. The aim of this paper is the study of a possible embriotoxic effect of the extract from Agropyrum repens roots and rhizomes. This article presents the research results of embriolethal, embriotoxic and teratogennic action of Agropyrum repens extract. It has been found that Agropyrum repens extract does not reveal toxic effect on the indexes studied, i.e. it does not reveal embriolethal, embriotoxic and teratogennic action, in a conventional therapeutic dose of 100mg/kg.
